Patinna-HDF High Density was developed for use
where physical property integrity and surface finish
are important. The average density of more than 820
kg/m3 (51 lb/ft3) ensures high
core strength and face density.
Patinna-HDF High Density can substitute veneer cross bands in hardwood
veneered plywoods by providing a superior smooth surface
to reduce potential surface defects such as telegraphing
of expensive, thin surface veneers. Its high internal
bond is able to withstand most hot-press conditions.
The high quality
surface of Patinna-HDF High Density also makes an excellent
white board substrate allowing application of paint
or laminate. In the electronics industry, the hard uniform
properties of our 2.5mm (0.10 in) product perform well
as backer board in the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing
process.
As with all our
products, you can also request Pure FSC (Forestry
Standards Certification) wood be used to make your high
density panel.

Patinna HDF High Density Fiberboard. Patinna HDF High Density fiberboard offers many benefits: FSC, Pure FSC, Mixed-Sources FSC, CARB MDF, LEED credit MDF, Low fy emission mdf, NAF mdf NAUF mdf, Phenolic MDF and more. Patinna HDF High Density Fiberboard is a versatile fiberboard which is available in FSC, Forest Stewardship Council sourced sustainable wood resource. FSC HDF and Pure FSC HDF: We can do Pure FSC content HDF High Density, we can do Mixed-Sources FSC in HDF High Density Fibreboard. Pure FSC HDF means 100% of the fibre source is from FSC Certified forests. Mixed-Sources HDF means that a minimum of 50% of the wood used to make the high density fibreboard panels is from FSC Certified forests. Patinna High Density Fiberboard is HDF available as low formaldehyde emission High Density Fibreboard. Our low fy High Density fibreboard meets JIS standards for F3S and F4S low formaldehyde emissions, and can be made to meet CARB Phase 1 and CARB Phase 2 emission levels. We can also meet many other international low formaldehyde standards for HDF High Density Fiberboard panels. Patinna HDF high density fibreboard can be provided as CARB compliant. CARB hdf is available now from Dongwha Patinna MDF and we are shipping CARB HDF to the USA and the world right now. LEED credits: Patinna HDF High Density is High Density fibreboard which can contribute to LEED credits under M&R 7.0 and IEQ 4.0.
