JIS applies stringent criteria to resin inputs and formaldehyde emissions resulting in a tangible standard for consumer security. The F-Three Star standard is a maximum of 0.5 milligrams per litre (mg/l) of formaldehyde emission and the lower F-Four Star standard is maximum of 0.3 mg/l formaldehyde emission. These levels meet both CARB Phase 1 and Phase 2 emissions. Patinna Low Formaldehyde Fiberboard is a versatile fiberboard which can be made with No-added-formaldehyde or no-added urea-formaldehyde resin. This is our NAF and NAUF product, and can also be made with FSC, Forest Stewardship Council sourced sustainable wood resource. FSC MDF and Pure FSC MDF: We can do Pure FSC content Low Formaldehyde, we can do Mixed-Sources FSC in Low Formaldehyde Fibreboard.
