You can bend and shape Patinna-Thin to suit a multitude of purposes, including archways, curved partitions, cabinets and reception counters. It can also be used as a flooring base for carpet and as a lining for walls.

Other applications for Patinna-Thin include door skins, joinery, ceiling fans and picture mounting. We recommend that you avoid using Patinna-Thin in high moisture or high heat areas. Patinna-Thin represents our standard density products less than 8mm (0.31in), to a minimum of 2.5mm (0.10in). We can provide thinner panels down to 1.6mm (0.063 in) in high density.

All of our products are available with Pure FSC wood source which means that you are assured that the wood chips are sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Patinna-Thin is available in low formaldehyde options to meet the Japanese JIS FJapanese F3S formaldehyde  emission (F Three Star) and FJapanese F4S formaldehyde emission (F Four Star) standard.

Patinna Thin Medium Density Fiberboard. Thin MDF panels are panels less than 8mm (0.31in), to a minimum of 2.5mm (0.10in). They are flexible bendy medium density fiberboard. Patinna Thin MDF can be provided to you with many options: FSC, Pure FSC, Mixed-Sources FSC, CARB MDF, LEED credit MDF, Low fy emission mdf, NAF mdf NAUF mdf, Phenolic MDF and more. Patinna Thin is noted for its ability to bend and form curves. To bend mdf you need Patinna Thin, flexible medium density fibreboard to curve mdf sections. Patinna Thin MDF is a versatile medium density fiberboard which is available in FSC, Forest Stewardship Council sourced sustainable wood resource. FSC MDF and Pure FSC MDF: We can do Pure FSC content on panels less than 8mm (0.31in), to a minimum of 2.5mm (0.10in), that being UF MDF, we can do Thin Mixed-Sources FSC MDF. Low Formaldehyde Emission MDF and Low Fy MDF: Patinna Thin UF MDF is MDF available as low formaldehyde emission mdf. Our low fy mdf meets JIS standards for F3S and F4S low formaldehyde emissions. CARB MDF: Patinna Thin Medium density fibreboard can be provided as CARB compliant. We have CARB compliant mdf which is third party certified under TPC-005 for Phase 1 and Phase 2 emission levels. CARB thin mdf is available now from Dongwha Patinna MDF and we are shipping CARB thin MDF to the USA and the world right now. LEED credits: Patinna Thin MDF is medium density fibreboard which can contribute to LEED credits under M&R 7.0 and IEQ 4.0.
