Patinna-UltraLight has been produced with an average density that is approximately 30% lighter than Patinna density product. Panels can be laminated and machined, however these operations do require more care in order to produce a high quality result. Patinna-UltraLight is suitable for interior applications where weight of the finished assembly is an important consideration. Caravan and mobile home fittings are good applications for Patinna-UltraLight. Patinna Ultra-Light Density MDF is a versatile fiberboard which is available in FSC, Forest Stewardship Council sourced sustainable wood resource. FSC MDF and Pure FSC MDF: We can do Pure FSC content Ultra Low Density MDF, we can do Mixed-Sources FSC MDF with Ultra low density. Pure FSC MDF means 100% of the fibre source is from FSC Certified forests. Mixed-Sources MDF means that a minimum of 50% of the wood used to make the Ultra-light density fibreboard panels is from FSC Certified forests.
